2005 - 2007
Total renovation to existing lakeshore property in the Okanagan. Due to the current
building restrictions the envelope of the house had to remain so the house was gutted from the inside
keeping (for the most part) the existing exterior. Creative framing and construction techniques were
employed to complete this task whislt maintaining the integrity of the structure.
