Three bedroom - 1620sqFt house perched on a very small and narrow lot - making the most of
stunning views offered by the unique character of the rock.
Minimal landscaping - seated into the "stone" of the site - this house has a "large house"
feel to it because of it's open plan design.
Limited access to the site allows a small turn around area immediately outside the garage
itself - but the owner realised that a mechanical turn-table sounded like an "interesting project"
- so space was allowed for this during the design stage. The turn-table itself is a
work of art and is amazing in it's smooth operation. The entire mechanics run in a sunken area
of only about 8" set into the concrete floor. The operation is shown in the bottom 3 images below.

is not cut off and separate.
